Got some German style plates

As long as you have the IRL logo, the background is reflective, the letters raised and the font is clear and legibile and within certain size constraints they are legal. Mine are totally legal  :cool:

So you can have any font then as someone's interpretation of "clear and legible" could be different to the next persons.

Me thinks not so legal  :undecided:

There are regulations and the German font passes them. They are legal here.

They just look like Irish plates to me.
Manx plates are the best, you get away with any old rubbish for the font, background, size, and the funny sounding ones are so cheap.

As Hairy said, they look like normal Irish plates to me... Wouldn't of known you had changed them!  :grin:

looks like normal IRL plates to me, least its not on a UK car, then its looks crap IMO.  :evil:

How can they look like normal irish plates theres a massive 'dash' in the middle of the letters :grin:

Look more like spanish or greek if anything :laugh:
