its how long is a piece of string, as it varies all over the country. the mk5 caries a small premium, as the back window is hard to do properly, but a good quality installer shouldnt have a problem.  all I would say is make sure they use good film, as lots of cowboys using crap quality film.
I would say you are looking at £150-£250.

As 2007GTI states, the rear screen is a real mare to do properly - I've yet to see a satisfactory tint film applied to one.

If I found some second hand factory tinted windows could I install them yourself? Is the rear window bonded to the hatch?

I too am getting the rear window blinds, have seen some awful after market tints that are all cracked, no such problem with these blinds.

Just had a quote from Richard at TintR in Nottingham for £175 (www.TintR.co.uk)
They did my Celica T-Sport 3 years ago and it still looked as good as the day it was done when i sold it a few weeks back.
They only use SL Llumar film so no colour loss, shrinkage, scrathing, etc.
Will be getting my new Mk5 done shortly.
