Yes basically the list price went up by 650, however as its on pcp, my deposit is the same and the monthly payments are 4 quid pm cheaper. The 650 is loaded on the balloon, but I won't necessarily pay that.

End of the day I have waited this long, I didn't want to wait till Nov/ Dec for another car.

I did quite fancy DSG initially on speccing but talked myself out of it due to cost and dislike of regular autos. Willing to give DSG a go for 3 yrs for free.

Anyway re: pics see other DPB s drs with 18s out there. Exactly the same :p

I did a very detailed post in the Mk5 section on how to truely and carefully run in an engine.

I followed that when I got my ED30 2 years ago  :nerd:

If I remember correctly it was something like gradually increasing your maximum rpm every 100 miles or so until you eventually reach the top?!
Golf R... 3 door, DSG, Leather, Reflex Silver, Black 19" Talladega Wheels, ACC, Parking Sensors, RNS510 with Dynaudio, Reverse Camera, Luxury Pack, Cruise Control & Fiscon Bluetooth.

About every 200-250 miles, and increase in progressive steps, but yes, you fundamentally nailed it. :afro:
