Course you can tune it, you can easily do headwork and cams with it, or go carbs or TB's

Don't know about that mate, I just know they have a reputation as a quick motor.  I think they pretty light though.  I saw top gear once & they reckon they suffer from 'lift off, oversteer' really bad.
