Hi Diane, thanks for the welcome, was beginning to wonder if I'd walked into some male only club there? Are there a lot of girls at the meets? I'd love to go, sounds like you guys have quite a party at these things. (I've been reading other boards LOL)

I worked just outside Lincoln for about 2 years, but was always in, and around Lincoln. Boogying the night away at Ritys!!!! I left there about 7 months ago though.
This is the car I was/am still driving whilst down there

Hey again, l lived just outside Lincoln in a place called Waddington. There's a big RAF base there and l lived across from it. Can't say l ever spotted the car out and about, I'm sure I'd have remembered it as it's so similar to the one l was close to a few years back. I loitered in Lincoln a lot too back then, early student days. Walkabout and Jumpin jacks were regular haunts. Shame on you for not buying me a drink and letting me see your gearstick.

I know Waddington very well indeed. I have a few friends who work there, and I was down the road at Cranwell.
I get back to Lincoln on occasion and there are quite a few members from the area who are on here occasionally. Get yourslef along to Newark, and meet some of us all.

Hooray! Another lady member.  I'm a bit late picking up on this thread but welcome anyway izzy.  You'll meet some great people here.  Watch out for the boys though, there's alot of us.  But then again, most of the girls here are more than capable of looking after themselves.
