removing door cards on mk3

Can anyone help, is it as simple as just easing it off the door or are they any bolts holding it on? Trying to swap some grey interior bits to black

Hi

It's easy. Just gently pop off the cover to the interior door handle. It will reveal two phillips screws, undo them. The unscrew the door pin.
Then it's just a case of gently pulling the door card starting at the side or bottom. Work your way around the door. Carefully disconnect the wring for the speakers, tweeters, and door switches as you do it.

Refitting is simply a case of tapping the door card back onto the clips. You will find that some of the round beige clips come off with the door card. Just put them back onto the door first. Then tap the door card back on.
