GTi got the horn?

Somtimes if i flick the indicator on in a wierd way or do the rear wiper my horn lets out a lil 'parp'. Its quite funny and not really an issue but if it had a simple fix i may as well.... any sugestions??

bend the contacts behind the steering wheel

they are earthing out when you move the indicator stalk

Sounds like ya mk2 has its own little personality

Mine used to do it on right turns, but I managed to fix it by not turning right any more. So the most simple fix for you is to not indicate.

The best part is when you go to overtake, signal to pull out and drop down at the same time... if i get it right its a pshht from the dump valve folowed by a lil parp. that must confuse people?
