Where to get a distributor?
« on: 06 September 2009, 23:21 »
So my distributor decided to give up on me over the weekend, not a problem, will just order a new one...

£136!! and thats without delivery and VAT from GSF! Didnt realise they would be that much! Was hoping for around £80ish.

Does anyone know anywhere else I could get one? Ideally need it asap as am using the car every day just now.

Cheers

(1.8 8v GTI)

Gloves - have you tried the guy in Bonnybridge, Richy Low Bay - he's got tonnes of MK2/MK3 parts.

PM me and I can send his number over.

I bought a new distributor for my 16v about 3 years ago for gsf and it was about £160 i think from what i remember, touch wood had no trouble with it since,i think its better to buy thing like this new rather then sod about with secondhand parts that could be f*cked before you have even fitted em.
