Pikey Fother Muckers Tea Leafed My Dust Caps - How much to Replace

As the title says really, either done over-night or on supermarket car park today! Only noticed when I came to wash the wheels and noticed someone had been messing! All 4 gone!  :angry:

Why do they bother?

Anyway rant over, wheres the best place to get replacements from? Not sure what they looked like, any logo on them?

Is it worth getting the anti-pikey (anti-thieft) ones?

I had those on my last car....They aren't anti theft....I had the 2 from the drivers side stolen!

The proper metal VW ones are available on fleabay, £1.50 for a set of 4.

i assume you mean the centre caps which do have the VW logo on

£4.50 each from the dealer - had to buy 4 the other day as my old ones had The Worm

the nut covers are about 45p each iirc

Years ago an old mate caught a kid nicking his dust caps, gave the kid a right rollicking then the parents got involved saying ''he's just a kid''.....trying to justify it! :shocked:, stealings stealing no matter what the price.

Do the OEM ones have VW or GTi written on them or just plane chrome, i never really noticed them that well  :embarassed:

Hmmmmmm . . . . Chav-Tastic!  And don't forget all that galvanic corrosion - brass, nickel, steel, aluminium - not good!  :rolleyes:
