I'm keen to know more about the OEM DV weakness?
MKV GTI | Reflex Silver | 5-dr | Anthracite 17" | Manual | Highline MFD | Cruise | Revision 'D' DV | Dirty Pipes |

The GTD is like a blow up doll. The GTI is like a proper woman. Sure the doll might last longer, and the woman might have higher running costs, but which would you rather have?

the jist if that the OEM DV is rubber and is prone to failure due to the extra boost now pushing through the system.  The TSI DV / Forge Item is revised and much stronger and thus less likely, if at all, to fail after your car has been remapped

At £200 for the remap you'll have plent yof change to swap the DV out if needed.

AlanD and dan_apps had their MK5's mapped by R-Tech and it transforms the car :afro:
