Please send it as a gift so the fees aren't incurred on my end, if you do I won't send one to you. May seem harsh but I've worked this price out based on the printing, buying of packaging and postage so there is no room for a few pennies to go missing.

Yeah it's gonna have to be I'm afraid man, as I said I've got it all worked out on an individual basis. Plus the packaging can only hold one.
