engine mount problem

i have put an abf in my car and the front mount will not fit as it tilts my crossmember away from the car i have tried the mk2 mount bracket and the abf mount bracket neither will sit straight which mount bracket do i need 
the abf is from an ibiza and my mk2 is a 8v

what gearbox is it?  if its mk2 box on a mk2 front crossmember you need a mk2 front mount & bracket

its an abf box (dont know code) and bracket and a mk2 crossmenber and mount is there a different bracket for a mk3 golf compared to a seat ibiza
i got it bolted up but not sure its right

I would be interested in the answer to this as I'm looking to convert my mk2 to ABF and one of the (many) questions I'm trying to resolve is whather to retain the mk2 gearbox or swap over the one from the mk3.

You don't own a Mk2, you support it.

ok what you want is the std MK2 front mount and a Golf G60/Corrado/Passat 4 pot manual front engine bracket.  I did think the MK3 ABF one would work but apparently not!

i did get it bolted up but there seemed a lot of pressure getting the bolts started and it didnt quite seem right

i got one from a l reg passat diesel earlier and it didnt fit properly the bolt hole in the bracket for the mount looked like it needed to be 10-20mm further back
does anyone have any part numbers for the brackets that they are using cheers

part number for the 02a + MK2 subframe bracket is 357 199 273 - 40.93+VAT

i got another mount from an earlier passat this weekend and if that doesnt fit will the front cross member from a toledo work with the abf bracket as i wont have time to go to vw
