Heard about this on another forum also. I doubt it will be long before they do the same over here....



On a positive note... it only effects DSG :lipsrsealed:

this is exactly what happens when driver input is taken away from new cars. at least it's not like the new volvos with AUTOMATIC braking - accidents waiting to happen.

So glad I plumped for the manual gearbox!!  :grin: :grin: those with the dsg will be hoping it's not uk cars or they'll be pretty  :sick: :grin:

So, would I be right in assuming that those of us whose cars had not left the factory when the recall was announced, should have nothing to worry about with this one?
