There have been a few attempted, but many of them have died on their a"se.

The only regional event that seems to be doing well is Newark in Lincolnshire. We generally have 20-25 cars turn up, and its always the regular core with a few new faces.

For some reason Newark is (to my knowledge) the only one that people actually turn up at.....

Yea the Oxford one fell flat.

And if ya ask seems no1 wants to say where they live just the normal reprobates.

Apathy really. People go to No Rice in Guilford and still dont meet up.

Considering there's over 3,000 people registered must be enuff people in the same area.
But then the vast majority dont bother to come on regularly.

Even I am making the 500 mile trip for the Newark meet again. It will be great to catch up with a few old faces, and meet a few new ones too.

thought I would just borrow one of the planes and fly down. If you could all line up on the A1 with your lights on, it would be very much appreciated.

I saw Newark on my way to Inters, down the A1.

I was wondering if there were any current or planned golfgti.co.uk meets up here (Rochdale) that could tie in with my CGTI meet.  Im going to ask on the Rado forum, VR6OC forum and the Seat one as well.  I only get 5-15 cars at the meet each month.

A few multiclub dub meets would be good.
