its located behined the dashboard! you have to take off all of the lower part of the dash and center consol to get at it.. its a real pain! it will take a day or 2 to get it done!
i dont know if the lhd are different from the rhd cars!
the only people who may know are your local dealer and the germans! your best change of getting one is from the net! ebay and some vw parts websites!
