  good point.

Do you honestly think they look crap ? If so, what one would you recommend, or would you just leave it with the standard one it comes with ?

leave it with the one it comes with.  otherwise you run the risk of chav-ing up your car with those cheap bits of plastic.

did i just agree with TT?!

Didn't realise I was going to start WW3 with my suggestion. Anyway, the Richbrook twist-off tax holder I have is the one half-way down the page in my original link, not the day-glo ones further up. They're made from machined aluminium, and the Titanium version looks fine in my GTI. It's the only mod I have, and not at all "chavy". Sorry to disappoint...

Just don't buy a tax disc and save the tax disc holder money for something else....

My opinion also (if Kev is ok with this) - they are pure CHAV  LOL

The GTD is like a blow up doll. The GTI is like a proper woman. Sure the doll might last longer, and the woman might have higher running costs, but which would you rather have?

Just for the record, I don't like the twist off thingys either, you get a nice free tax disc holder from your local stealer when you pick the car up, what's wrong with that one? It's free (sort of) and has VW on it, what more could you want?
