REMOVING FRONT BUMPER

HAVE JUST BOUGHT AN R32 LOOK BUMPER FOR MY MK3 TDI

CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO REMOVE THE STANDARD ONE?

IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO FIT THE R32 BUMPER TOO THAT WOULD BE GREAT

Unclip the ind's and remove the fogs if fitted, unclip the grill and remove the 3 bolts along the top, if you then look underneath you will see another couple of bolts, remove those and slide the bumper forward and off.
