Weather was nice today just the rite temp for a good going over on the golf.

Two bucket method using Megs nxt extra suds combined with wash mitt
Quick dry with a new microfibre cloth

Cleaned windows with AG glass polish, winscreen got duxback treatment

Didnt need to machine polish as i did this a few weeks back, also sealed the wheels with poorboys a few weekends ago so didt pay much attension to them.
Dressed tyres withs megs tyre gel, also used it on the lower bumper trims.

Quick vac and clean inside, nothing special.

Engine bay was already pritty clean

Fitted 1 pair of silvervisions

Removed mudflaps and sold on flebay for £63, WIN!

Not Bad for 11 years old and 157k, shame its green but it was an uber bargin

Coileys coming end of this month, next month will be getting the mk5 gti wheels.

Sorry no before pics or process ones only afters.

Don't diss the green. I used to think the MK4 looked crap in green, and the Bora for that matter, but seen a couple modded with smooth bumpers and they look really smart with a smoked theme on the lights all round. Some great work there bud, gonna give my MK3 a good claying tomorrow :P

Lowering will be a sure thing to make it look better, and the wheels, well I've always hated those wheels on any MK4 too be honest, but stick some nice ones on there and it's a hit :) what wheels do you have in mind?

Not sure the MK5 GTI one would be a good match, but then again they might do...

I'm a BBS whore so naturally I would suggest the MK4 Anni wheels, but I think the MK5 Anni wheels look the nuts on MK4s, again though, because it's green, I'm not sure they would suit.
