I dont suppose there is a DIY guide for a front wing removal is there?  Im not sure how many bolts there are and wether I need to remove the front bumper or not

Most of the bolts should be at the top, just under the side of the bonnet.  Very much visable.

Probably a couple underneath too where the wheel arch ends, and the opposite end to that, fingers crossed the bumper doesnt need taking off partly, or fully.

Just a little jiggle on the damaged wing after the top bolts are off might help you trace where its still looking secure.

Not seen a guide/diagramme as such myself, but be careful of the sealant used on the existing wing when you take it off, and make sure the new one is nice and smooth before you attempt to put it on, to get a good snug fit.

If it's anything like a MKII wing they'll be a few bolts buried under the underseal inside the wing. It's right pain finding them and the getting all the underseal off so you can get a socket on them properly.
