60mm is nothing lol! Your best bet it to get the camber and tracking done when you are happy with the level your sat at, and that would include waiting until your wheels are on, depending on how long it takes for you to get them. Problem you'll have is if you get some wheels and some low profile tyres for example, and you want to lower the car more after camber and tracking are done, you'll need to get it done again...do it properly...but do it once

As above, well worth waiting until your happy with the ride height.

Also worth replacing both front and rear top mounts with new.

+1 with wwhat wayne said, i didnt, lowered suspension popped the mount one the way home from getting camber n tracking done.
