Max Power did a test that I skimmed in Asda.
Top brand new vs Budget new vs Top brand worn.

The worst (to the point of danger) were the top brand worn.
A budget replaced earlier rather than a premium brand replaced at 1.6mm might be a good idea for safety and the wallet.
Currently digging a bunker.

i couldnt get through my sport maxx quick enough. use to wheels spin the shizzel out of them... still good for 17k :sad:

Was that for all four?  I wore the pair of ShyteMaxxes on the front axle in 8k miles - and that was with SWMBO using it as her daily!

Swapped the backs to the fronts after 12k... still couldnt get through them. Most stubborn rubber ever!
