I've found this IK to be surprisingly good & haven't suffered from any heatsoak issues, as of yet. (What heat............... It's pi55ing down every day, I hear you say!!!

) So far, it seems a bit of a bargain for about £45, if you ask me.

The only problem I had with it, was that it came with 3 x 3" jubilee type clips, but one of them is too big for the 'rubber reducer-to-MAF' connection. (Easily solved by a trip to your local DIY/Car Spares/VW dealer etc. to get a smaller jubilee clip).
You will see that I've wrapped some bubble wrap around the bracket (along with some hideous red insulation tape, which will get swapped soon) to stop the IAM cable chafing on the metal of the bracket. This bracket is quite long, but if you follow the angle I've used, you should just get it in there. Please also note, that I've shoved the end of the bolt from the clip in the 2nd picture (this clamps the ducting), through the last hole of the bracket to stop it potentially slipping off. (The clip isn't that tight, but don't worry, it's not going anywhere).

If you've got any questions, or if you'd like any more pictures, then please don't hesitate to ask.
