Nope, I had to order it from my friend in Germany which cost Euro4.50. My dealer had a different silicone alternative spray can which didnt work. The stick looks like a shoe polish applicator with sponge on top.

I got these from http://www.powerbulbs.com/ which TT recommended earlier in this thread. The pictures have these bulbs in place:
