yes it is as i bought a set from a Seat Dealer and it went on no probs. It is identical to the R32 set up apart from the caliper bits being painted Red instead of Blue. But you must have 18's.

IMHO they should have been fitted to the GTI/Edition 30 as standard....

Not quite night and day but for £555 (delivered) that I paid 12 months ago it is the best VFM upgrade u can do IMO. I'm still using OEM pads mind, but the stopping power is so much better than the 312's I was genuinely surprised (never drove a car with them before).  VW really should have fitted these as standard on the GTI/ED30s. Bite at top of pedal is sharper, and I was having an interesting trying to heal and toe out on track (and general driving lol) and you can definitely feel them working when you stamp on it compared to the 312's, which I never trusted braking late with. Made them feel like the 288's I had on my Ibiza Cupra before I put a set of AP's on.
