Heater matrix removal?
« on: 01 September 2004, 21:00 »
hey guys just spent the majority of the evening trying to remove the heater matrix to which I've got the dash out so far but stuck with the final air-box removal.

Anybody got any experience in removing this thing? can't seem to find any info that helps from the haynes manual and haven't got a clue where any hidden bolts/screws/fixings may be.

Any help greatly appreciated

Ian

I'll have to have a look for these nuts when I get home this evening but the problem was removing the tubing from the matrix to the fan housing.  Will clear it out bit by bit and see if I can see anymore mounting screws/bolts.

Glad to finally have a runabout now, gives me chance to remove the green filters and replace the bulbs with blue led's in the clocks and make my screen mount for the dash whilst everythings out  ;D

Will update on progress over following weeks.
