Cant be considered a classic then.

How about limited mileage? Have ya cut it right down?

Have you tried Tesco's? Best done on-line.

I tried to use Tescos on-line jobbie, but as soon as I hit the 'click to quote' button after filling in the car details, it came back with a message saying that I needed to call them. Thats not a good sign, surely??

(And stop calling me shirley)

This is turning into a bit of a nightmare!!

Elephant don't even list them as a make they cover, First alternative (which Michael f*cking Winner advertises on TV saying they're for those sort of cars and for people with less than four years of no claims) have just said no.

Car will be garaged, thats why mine always ends up n the driveway.

Plus, I'm moving at the end of the month, driveway will be private not shared as it is at the moment, so should be much more secure.

The Mk4 being done over shouldn't affect this quote, as that's done under my company insurance, and its not a rough area (honest, its just the chavs after my screen/dvd player!!!)

But dont Insurance companies share information on claims?
Not actual details but say by postcode? Coz it goes against the area and claim rate, ya know claim hits in that area.

Just guessing here but there must be some sorta link.
