Looking at the restoration on the '78, this should be a fine looking car once more.

Nice to see, looks like you got away without having to do the inner rear arches, don't think i am going to be so lucky with my Mk1 :(

were did you get the fuel filler panel, my car is in much the same state but with a hugh hole where the panel goes !!

looks great be nice to see pictures what colour are you going to have, mines going back to lhansa green if thats how you spell it ;D

what year is that golf? your name suggests 79 which would tie in with the small rear lights - just? Except that rear panel is from a swallowtail - made in 74-75 and sold/registered in 75?

lol i know i sound a geek... so i was told in this months golf+
