Sound quality is good,i`ve never been in a mk5 so don`t know how they compare,the dab is cd quality or better i`ve driven about 250 miles and only once did i lose reception for about 2 seconds,it just says no coverage no loud hissing i was abit concerned i`d be driving along with the dab up loud and suddenly it would go off and just make a very loud hiss :grin:

You tried going up the M6 between about Killington Lake and Tebay?

Noticing from your pics of the interior (which looks out of this world by the way) that there are no red piped floor mats.  I am sure I read somewhere in the VW literature that the mats had red piping or maybe it was all a dream :laugh:

yeah it states that on the spec but i have yet to see any pic of a GTI with them.
