Thoughts on this?!?!

What is the ride difference between a Suspension + Shock kit and a Coilover kit?!? Which do you prefer?! I'm not bothered about having adjustable height, just want it lowered by about 30-40 and have a nice smooth ride...?

coilover is height adjustable but the cheaper kits are much stiffer than a good shock/spring kit... if you only want 40mm and a decent ride then the kit listed will be fine (but 40mm isn't a lot!! and I bet you'll want lower later?)

Ok so what is the best option if I want a nice smooth ride?! It's lowered at the moment but is Hella bumpy and quite unpleasent to drive?! Is that a cheap suspension and shock kit or more likely to be coilovers?!?!
What would be my best option?!

If it rides bad i would ay cheap springs are the amin issue....so if you want it better than cheap coilovers are a no go!! get some good springs (eibach are best) and some o.e qualit shocks (boge/sachs)
