Are they painted, or the OEM covers?

Also is that a satin rear badge I see on the last piccy, don't suppose you have a full shot if it is?

Looks great mate :afro:

Cheers, Sam
It is Carbon Fibre wrap sambo. Heres a close up of what shes wrapped in. Have done some of the inside of the car, couldnt help it

The GTi badge on the boot was a red GTi badge, painted black to create the effect. Also done the same with the Edition30 badge too.

Nice, I also wanted it carbon wrapped eventually which is why I got the rear smoothed and painted, problem is there are no reputable 'wrappers' around my way so may never happen. Did you use chameleon?

Look's great :afro:

Depending where I end up with the mk5 I may change the rear for R32 later on with a milltek to suit, but i'm also considering keeping the mk5 fairly standard and building a mk2 track day car  :undecided:

Racoon in hampshire, chameleon offer the same wrap. Highly reccomend having it on the car except the wing mirrors as have had some issues with the fabric's shinking characteristic's when overstretched. But is fine on all smooth flat surfaces.

They used my car to demo in the pic in this link.

How much for all what you had done and how long did it take if you don't mind me asking? From what I can tell, you have the wing mirrors, b pillars, grill, front and rear bumpers and interior done?

Cheers, Sam

Good price, less than I was expecting  is it done in a day or does the process take a while?

It would take to do all that about 4 hours all in at a guess. Mine was the 1st they did, so they took there time.
I went back 2 weeks later to have the Front plate mask, door pillers and the wing mirrors re-done.

Phil, I love your MK5.

That is all. I got my carbon front grille done like yours but seeing the rest of yours is just awesome, I need MORE carbon :(

Cheers Alan, for relatively low cost , i think its a great product, and without going too over the top, subtle touches look great.

I was at castle coombe last weekend, and someone had wrappped their doorhandles in it, and it look sh!te!.
