GOLF III TDI TOP SPEED?

Hello everbody,
My name is Marko, I am driving '96 Golf 3 1.9 TDi 90hp.
I was wondering what is the top speed of this car, without boosting anything on the car.
Why?
Well I drive it for like 2 years, and I had car accident with it. Before it I drove it 140km/h max.
One night I run trough the wall with it doing 90km/h. Car was destroyed, but I fixed it because engine was still working. I had to change almost everything else on it. One of the things was gearbox( I put golf 4 tdi 1.9 110hp gearbox). So anyway, few days ago I drove it on highway, and my car couldn't do better than 145km/h. In the first 4 gears everything is ok(I think), and in the 5, car stops at 3500 rpm. When i hit the clutch it can go over it, but the speed stays the same. When I drive it down the hill it can go faster. Now I don't know if the turbo is maybe dead, or gearbox can't mach the engine or something else, can you guys help me?

Does your turbo kick in? if not then it probs is that.

Give it some welly man, through all gears, dont tickle the pedal  if its flat as a fart, then check the turbo out.

sounds like 5th gear is to tall for the engine almost but  even 90 bhp should get you past 90  mph . o would expect it to be capable of cracking 100+ a bit
