powerflex front subframe bushes

i think i got it wrong lol. i thought they are meant to replace the front crossmember bushes, but they are a battle to get out, i mean "get your grinder out and reweld" type battle lol.

any got a spare crossmember knocking about?

Nope. But i plan to buy all of the powerflex bushes in a few weeks, and refit them all with new coilovers. So will be watching this thread.

Yup, had mine done...and the Tech swore he's never do another set.
A nightmare, apparently.

To be honest, they don't do much. Many people suggested i'd be better saving my money when I bought them...I chose not to listen.
I'd now suggest you save your money.

Every other bush...fair enough.
Those just don't seem to do much/make much difference...so I'd not bother.

Reducing my Golf count by the week....
..but gaining motorcycles.

yeah im after a new front crossmember now, cause i dont have the time to f**k with it, got too much to do on the rest of the car.
