16v Limited would be ace. You're lucky enough to have owned a Rallye

That is true Jay. Loved every minute with that car (apart from raping my bank account!)

A Jetta coupe, with a rallye front including the arches and sills, with E30 M3 rear arches grafted in. Spaceframed front end running something charged in the region of 400 flame spitting horespower, with Haldex.
Sitting on the deck on 9 inch Rs's

cos oem+ sucks

I really hope you win the lottery!

My Mk2

1992 Pearl Grey, 8v 5 door standard except weighted shift rod, alarm, immobiliser, DAB headunit and newer speakers (NOT cut into parcel shelf though!) Comes with all the runout malarchy  - e/w, half smoked rear lights, 256mm brakes, PAS, 15" BBS alloys, rainbow trim and bee-sting ariel. Lots of little things need doing, but nothing terminal, and she scrubs up well.

My ideal Mk2

1986/87 16v, 3 door, Monza blue - but any colour would be fab. I love all the quirks of the early models - the 7 slat grille, the small bumpers, the 4-button steering wheel, quarter-light front windows, the fact that the wipers are on backwards!

1992 VW Golf MK2 GTI
1995 VW Corrado VR6

Standard, untouched G60... OR Rallye (which I would put dual round headlights on) which are both most probably out of my budget

Sorry, lol. I just really can't stand the jetta style lights and love the dual round ones. Personal preference I guess.

JETTA STYLE LIGHTS ! How much sacrilege can one person put in one thread !
......now officially dubless.

Is that RHD Rallye still knocking about? It belonged to a guy off here, he took it to Stonor 06, think his name was Dave?

Knobby's one. He sold it due to running costs. A RHD Rallye is wrong and so is round lights on one.
