hi
    i read that with vagcom you can do many things like "miles to empty " alarm beep etc etc   along with the scan of faults etc.

just wundering if there is anybody down south that could scan my car and also add the miles to empty feature and the alarm beep etc....????

also wot are the other things you can add that are handy.......
now drivin a golf 1.9 tdi 90bhp ... time to rack up them miles!! as my daily

You need immboiliser 3 clocks for miles to empty

Easiest way to tell is when you put the ignition on above your trip computer do you have 3 or 4 symbols across 3 across = immbo 2 and 4 across = immbo 3 hth

Just been given a Vag-com unit. will have a play with my car and see what you can do
