16891 - Idle Control System RPM Higher than Expected.

Missus has just come home and said engine management light is on.
Plugged the laptop in and got the above.
The engine is making a hissing sound and when you push the pipes going to the idle valve it stops the hissing.
Gonna have a look tomorrow. Anyone had anything like this before?
