Phillips X-Treme Power/Osram Nightbreakers
« on: 09 July 2009, 22:08 »
I'm going to upgrade the bulbs on my Vento and was wondering if anyone here has Phillips X-Treme Power or Osram Nightbreaker bulbs on their mk3? I don't want HIDs as I don't fancy blinding everyone  Pics appreciated

Tried X-treme Power bulbs, but one of them burnt out after just two months. They were brighter than standard H1 bulbs, but I wouldn't say by 90%. Then switched to Nightbreakers which are still in use today. The Osrams seem on a par with the Phillips, but again, I wouldn't say they were a 90% improvement on standard bulbs.
