Best bet is to try ebay for the Quads and for the HID kit

Although the Quads don't go cheap!

As per mentioned, don't use HIDs unless you're investing in projector headlights, the Hella Twins (NOT QUADS) have projector lenses on the outer, as do many angel eye headlights.

The amount of cars that drive around town on a Friday night with HID's in standard headlamps is silly

At the end of the day it's a cheap and easy mod which helps you see better at night and also makes your car look newer than it is, because the bright light given out by HID's looks more fresh than the standard yellow halogen bulbs :)
