We all know this is replaced to make your engine and drivetrain much more stable when accelerating hard and under heavy engine braking conditions.

Is Forge the recommended replacement part make?

I bought the forge one from website.  Received a yellow powerflex one in post?
Decided not to fit it in the end.  Going for the R32 one when I get some reddies together.

Forge dont do there own, they are just a supplier for powerflex bushes.

R32 dog mount is roughly £60 from stealers, Powerflex bushes below £20. personally id go with the cheaper option as there just as good.

mk4 R32 Golf, Reflex Silver, V6
