Just want to know if anyone has wired up some electric front seats into a Mk4 Gti -
Obviously there will be no looms in the car for it, so.......
Does it have to go through a relay/fuse?
Where do you take the electric supply from for the seats?
Do you have to put a new connector onto the wires or can they be hard wired in?
Also I presume that S3 seats will fit (I know the rears will) just unsure of the front subframes, I'm led to believe they are a straight swap?
Basically my mate has an S3 interior that he wants rid of, as the front seats are electric, I don't want to buy it if they are TOO hard to wire up, not bothered about the heating part of it.
Need to give him an answer asap before he sells it to someone else, so any help would be appreciated!!!!!
