as above, does it cause any restriction to the throttle at all?..

Gone but still keeping a close eye on it...

I asked Nick that same question a while ago...but apparently if you remove it and floor it you could break some bracket

no your throttle butterfly can only open so far. As yours is AGU get someone to put the pedal to the floor with the engine off and you'll see the throttle hit the stopper on the housing before you get to the rubber bit under the pedal

I have been asked, many times.. if removing that will give a performance increase. Being a p!ss taking bstard though i usually suggest that if they cut a hole in the floor pan they can press the pedal even further for more power :lipsrsealed:

lol, funny answer, but you get the drift..
i just thought it may have restricted the butterfly from opening fully...
