Top five irritations for a car cleaning obsessive?

Stone chips
Bird poo
Lorries splashing mud all over you
Dust on hot days

Biggest irritation is after a 40 mile round trip to work, car is dirty again with all of the above
Thats why it gets so obsessive because nobody likes to see their pride and joy dirty, its a never ending loop.

where you live on a busy road but have a garage at the rear on a dirt track lane which happens to be the only safe place to clean the car and some tit decides to bomb down the lane chucking dust everywhere. and then the next door neighbour in his 190k 1.9d citroen zx pulls out of his garage with oily smoke spitting out of his exhaust..
oh yeah and as already mentioned

this my friends is why you have the sacrificial layer(s) of wax/sealant on glass... my car is currently caked in tree sap after having to park (abandon) it under a tree overnight

don't have the time to clean it today/tomorrow... bothered... non... know it'll come up clean and shiny when i wash it which will take all of 20mins

When owning a black anything short of leaving it in the garage. As soon as its outside in the elements it WILL be noticeably dirty within a few hours :(

I can live with Rain, Dust because one quick wipe down with a microfibre cloth everythings gleaming again.

But Tree Sap ... oh my days, that gets on my nerves BIIIIIIIG TIME.

Flies on the front of the car really annoy me.

Taking your freshly detailed pride and joy out, only to discover that the friendly local farmer has dropped sh*t all over the road. C*ck.
