ARB bushes without a doubt especially if the garage said they were worn!! I get a whine on full left hand lock but that is a common Golf thing as all mine and my brothers have done it...

My old 4motion did the squeak over bump thing so after 3 months I outed it and bought a BMW! More annoying thatn a problem though

Pop a couple of Audi TT bushes in there, jobs a good un.  Classic case of the labour costing more than the parts

is it best to replace them all, mine squeek and rattle like crazy, they make a tinny kind of bump noise at times too? e.g. if i put it in reverse, reverse a bit then dip the clutch it makes a funny rattle from the back end, im lowering it this week anyway so probably a good time to find out what the problem is!
