VW Golf 1.6 CL LHD 'europe'
« on: 02 July 2009, 23:11 »
This car was going to be my project car for the summer but i just dont know, she is in complete immaculate condition and is pure standard, full service history with loads of stamps. Trouble is she is a LHD and also the taxbook has been lost. I realy dont want the hassle as it could take weeks to complete the process.

NOW!
Question...

Do you think anybody would be interested in buying her? Maybe people wanting to go the european look with it being a LHD?

(p.s im from Northern Ireland)

Thanks

You got pics?

Does it have any features that are not on the uk versions? Eg rare bits.

Is it a syncro version also?

She is a special edition 'europe' edition. I dont know much about the extras but she does have passenger airbag with lower glovebox, and also rear head rests. I am just being honest i just dont know. I put a new flexi pipe on the exhaust last week and also changed the oil and filter.

What do you mean by syncro version?

I will but pics up now when i go on photobucket.

Thanks for the interest.

I know that they made syncro, or 4 wheel drive non gti's in europe. So just wondered if it was one of them?

It will sell, but being a non gti, it will be very much depending on condition, as it wont be as desirable. But it may have a few bits that u can sell on and make some cash on.

The car belonged to an old man who never would of given the car any stress. The service history is amazing, the car is complety immaculate and i am not just saying that, even just for example the hinges look like brand new.

Anybody elses opinions would be great

176 Km which is equavalant to 109 Miles. She goes on the button first time. I can actually say that this car has never been hit before, no panels are out of place, the car is 100% straight. Thanks
