but i want to get a vw golf mk4 1.8 20v turbo all i want to know is if u r 18 who u r insured with and how + how much as i want something with more power.

this quot is for a mk4 golf gti 150 bhp. + im 18

just got a quote from admiral as me as main driver fully comp with 1 year and 1mounth ncb with my mum and dad as 2nd drivers and the quote is £1619.35
with £350 excess and personal injury.

I'll be paying about a grand I think it is when I get mine with bell, 2 years no claims (one off a ped) big excess like, but still its a very good price. I live in a high risk area too.

I've shelled out like 1500 for my insurance. I'm 20 without any years claims (not due to having an accident!) and been driving for 2 years.

The price increased about £300 when I got a quote for at home rather than down at uni (Warwick).

I'd say that's a good price considering mine is only 115bhp (2.0 GTI)

1.6k isnt bad for a 1.8t. But why not just keep the polo for another 11months, and then you will be 19, and able to get it with a better company, with 2 years ncb.

Admiral/Bell/Elephant and all that, just stuff you over if you have a crash.

um i have a years ped insurance as well so i got 2.

should i ring them and get a quot as they might say we cannot insure u but when i do it online it does.

and ye i do like my polo but i will be keeping it as well lol use it as a show car
