Tyre Sizeing
« on: 24 June 2009, 15:45 »
Am due new tyres in the next few months and have decided to upgrade to 18 monzas. I'm currently running Goodyear EF1's 225/45/17/ZR, when I stick that into black circles with a 18 instead of 17 it doesn't bring back many tyres and doesn't have Goodyear EF1's ? ? Not really that clued up on tyres if I'm honest. All you boys running 18, what should I be running?

Any help with be much appreciated. Cheers.

they are the old Eagle F1's - had them on my 16's - very good tyre in the dry and wet - sh!te if the temperature dropped below 5C but then they are classed as summer tyres

can't you get the new Ayssmetrics (sp) for that price??

Is worth the extra £100 (for all 4) to get the newer ones? No idea which ones mine are as it just says Goodyear Eagle F1 down the side of it.
