Which MK2 16v Steering Wheel

Anyone know the history of this steering wheel, i got one on my 16v
you dont see it very often, is it VAG?

I think its a GTI engineering wheel. They were like a VW approved tuner, back in the day, much like Oetinger is now.

As above looks like a GTI engineering wheel which I believe was made by Momo.
