I have just bought my company car as i have left the company
 its a mk 5 gti  with 6-5 " touchscreen sat nav  multifunction steeringwheel with dsg and paddleshift
 but it does not have the phone kit / bluetooth is it possible for my local dealer to activate this or was it just a factory spec item
 the car is jan 09 reg

You'll need the bluetooth kit fitting which will cost you quite a bit. Unfortunately it's not just a case of activiating it.
