Don't bother with MK4 - it adds expense for no reason, if you must change the rears use the MK3 units - but they make 0% difference in braking, so don't just replace them because you are doing the fronts. Only replace them if you need to!
I would recommend fitting new hard lines if they are tatty though, its a quick and easy job, especially if the callipers are coming off anyway.
I would also recommend a bigger master cylinder to match the bigger fronts.
