What size, and are they noisy? mk5 seems to suffer from a bit of road noise in cabin at high speed, or is it me?   :grin:

Mine are 17" so road noise is a little less apparent than in cars running on larger wheels anyway. That being said I've noticed a reduction in road noise over the Dunlop Sport Maxx tyres I previously had.

I'd second that, vredsteins give a better ride than the dunlops.

I think the little castors from your suitcase give a better ride (and handling) than the dunlops.  A woefull tyre than has nothing good about it - its a shame many (like me) don't realise this till you get rid of them.

Iv got to say Im currently running Goodyear Eagle F1s on my 17s and the road noise is pretty bad. Sub and amp soon sort that out but its not the point.

Admittedly not the quietest tyre but 10x better than the Dunflops. The hire car i had a while back had the dunlops on and it nearly got spun twice :huh:

Horrible tyre that has crap cornering!!
