How would you know if your car had a remap?
« on: 20 June 2009, 09:05 »
Sounds like an odd question but how would you??

I recently bought a mk5 Gti and it seems extremely fast so I wondered if it had a remap then I wondered how the hell I would tell. This being my first Golf I wouldn't have a clue what they were supposed to go like so wouldn't really have a clue if it had already been mapped or not.

Is there any way I could tell?
